Apple cake Alsaciano


Process

· Put the eggs, flour, sugar and margarine at ambient temperature in the kneader.
· Knead slowly until getting a uniform dough.
· Wrapped it with plastic and let it rest in the fridge for one day.
· Peel, pit and cut the apple in four pieces.
· Make lengthwise cuts and spread them with lemon juice.
· Stretch the dough until getting a 4mm thickness and cover a tart mold 24 a 26 cm diameter.
· Poke the dough and put the apples.
· preheat the oven at 180° and bake for 20 minutes.
· Mix the eggs and the sugar until getting a spongy mixture.
· Add it softly to the lightly whipped cream with the vanilla.
· Take the tart of the oven once the 20 minutes have passed (half cooked) and add the mixture above the dough and the apples.
· Put it in the oven again for 20 minutes more to finish the cooking. Once baked let it cool on top of a grid.
