Masitas Secas de Queso


Proceso

· Mix the RISTECA CONFECTIONARY MARGARINE with the shredded cheese.
· Add the sifted flour with the baking powder.
· knead until getting a uniform dough.
· Cover it in nylon and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
· Take it out of the fridge and knead it until it has a thickness of 5mm.
· Cut into different shapes.
· Put them in a pan for the oven smeared with RISTECA CONFECTIONARY MARGARINE.
· Before baking Paint them with egg and decorate with nuts, almonds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, etc.
· Bake at 180º during 15 minutes approximately.
