Berlinesas and Rosquitas


Process

· Put all the ingredients in the kneader except the yeast.
· Knead well until getting a soft and silky dough, in the middle of the kneading add the yeast.
· take it out of the kneader and cut into pieces of 50 grs each.
· Put them in a floured pan.
· They have to rest until duplicating its volume.
· If you want to make rosquitas or donuts shaped them with a hole in the middle.
· Fried with ONDA VERDE MARGARINE FOR DOUGHS at 180º during 10 minutes approximately.
