Banana bread pudding with chocolate drops
Process
· Whipped the REINA GOURMET MARGARINE with the sugar and the dulce de leche until having a good creamy consistency.
· Incorporate the eggs one by one while they integrate with the mixture.
· Add the well-processed bananas.
· Add the flour with the salt, the baking powder previously sieved and the chocolate drops.
· Finally carefully add the heavy cream.
· Have the bread pudding pan of approximately 30 cm. in length preheated and buttered with REINA GOURMET MARGARINE.
· Putt the mixture in the pan until filling ¾ of it.
· Bake at 180º during 40 minutes approximately.
· Once baked take it out of the oven, let it cool for a bit and then unmold.
· When it is fully cooled bathe in chocolate.
· Decorate with powdered sugar.
