Lemon Bread Pudding with Poppies


Process

· 1° step: Put Butter and flour in a pudding pan of 30 cm. Preheat the oven at 180°C. Put the poppy seeds in a glass and cover them with milk. Let it rest for a while.
· 2° step: mix with an electric mixer, the REINA GOURMET MARGARINE at ambient temperature along with sugar and lemon peel for 5 minutes.
· 3° step: add vanilla essence, the eggs one by one, and the milk. Mix after every ingredient is incorporated.
· 4° step: squeeze the lemon and add it, mix well.
· 5° step: lastly add the flour along with the baking powder and the cornstarch previously sieve. Mix until getting a homogenous dough. Add the poppy seeds.
· 6° step: putt the mix in the pan and cook in the oven for 40/45 minutes.
