Dundee Cake


Process

· Mix the REINA GOURMET MARGARINE with the black sugar.
· Add the eggs one by one.
· Along with the eggs add the Rum and the essence.
· Finally incorporate the flour and the baking powder with soft movements.
· Add the raisins and the almonds.
· Prepared a buttered and floured cake pan.
· Put the mix in the pan.
· Decorate with almonds.
· Bake at 180º during 40 minutes approximately.
· When taking it out of the oven unmold it and let it cool down.
· Decorate with strings of with chocolate.
